I would like to show my appreciation to an employee 'LILIBETH' by expressing my personal gratitude for the kind, patient,and respectful service I have received during my visits to the 'RESORT WORLD' casino in Las Vegas.

I am also paying for a company meeting here, so perhaps she should have showed some respect and been helpful rather than insulting. I guess if you aren't gambling in the 000s range, you are fair game to be made fun of.

If you don't know how things work there, don't go, because she will berate you in front of your colleagues. Open a new bottle and serve the wine! The casino floor manager was downright rude and aggressive. They couldn't seem to figure out how to deal with a cork issue. Nice staff but they seemed very disorganized. Two courses delivered before we got our wine order delivered at the Crossroads restaurant. Long wait at the high-end Crockfords bar, with one lone bartender at cocktail hour leaving for periods of time to serve the tables. There are some dedicated staff members at Resorts World that do a good job, but overall, my experience at hotel bar, restaurants, and casino is that they have hired either too few employees or they have no training.

MGM properties definitely a step up for gaming!!! We did hear that the casino isn’t getting much foot traffic or casino action and now I know why. I guess $5000 isn’t necessarily a lot in gambling but would be nice to be welcomed or offered to come back. We ended up going to the Aria and gambled and was rated and given offers of a free room and dinner because we did gamble over $5,000. Tried to contact a casino host because I did gamble a few thousand but to no avail. The sports bar is average but charges you like a nightclub would. All the food court is Asian except for one burger and one bbq joint so 2 out of twelve. The hotel is beautiful but everything is Asian. This also happened to my niece who also booked the Conrad.

So basically got switched by their choice. When I arrived at the counter was told my reservation for the Conrad was actually at the Hilton but I did reserve the the Conrad through their website. The check in was a nightmare with huge lines and little staff. The hotel itself is new, clean and has great amenities.
